Community requires you to pay attention.  A lot of it.  I notice the patterns others don't, running jokes, repeated questions and the moments where people actually care enough to leave a comment. And I act accordingly.

Whether I’m replying to fans, shaping the brand’s voice, or ideating community experiences my job is to create a space where people always want to hang out for just a few more minutes! Sometimes that means leaning into what your audience is already doing. Sometimes it means nudging things in a totally different direction… and seeing what happens. I’m ready to experiment! Hbu?

I run interactive, hands-on workshops designed to help teams, small groups, or conference attendees tackle social media challenges in real time. Participants bring their questions, concerns, and half-baked ideas, we brainstorm together, and I provide guidance, tips, and strategies that actually feel manageable. My approach helps them stay sane, work sustainably, and create the online experiences their audiences and communities actually want — without feeling like they have to be chronically online.
