Damn algorithms are  always changing, new features popup out of nowhere, and….wait, did you hear that? Ahh yes, another Meg The Stallion mix just went viral, (understandably), a new dance will be hitting our FYPs in just a moment.

So, as a creative who uses social media as not only a consumer but a creator and freelancer as well, I have a lot of thoughts and feelings about the role social media plays in society.

• Our brains are melting, science says so. What's your screen time again?
  
• So much time comparing and “scrolling for inspo” and not enough time spent finding sustainable ways to , not enough creating the things that really make us excited
• "Post 50x/day. Then buy my course!" Just know that there are many pathways to success and no, I'm not selling a course!
